Founding AI School Leader - Application Deadline: April 21, 2026
Arizona Leads is seeking a full-time School Founder to build the next generation of schooling from the ground up—rethinking how students learn, how adults work, and what it takes to deliver extraordinary outcomes for young people.The School Founder will build a tech-enabled school that is rigorous, joyful, deeply human, and unmistakably excellent. The school is intended to serve as a national proof point for how artificial intelligence can deepen relationships, expand opportunity, and help redefine excellence in public education—offering a model that could help shape what school becomes in Arizona and beyond.Through a partnership with Silicon Schools Fund and Arizona Leads, fellows receive grant funding and comprehensive support to plan, design, and launch a school, with a projected opening in Fall 2027. Inspired Schools Fellowship - Application Deadline: April 21, 2026
The Inspired Schools Fellowship offers current or emerging school leaders the opportunity to found and lead a high-achieving 5th-8th grade charter school in Phoenix by implementing the proven practices of Uncommon Schools, one of the nation's top-performing charter networks. Fellows receive a year of hands-on training, professional development, and school immersion to prepare them to launch a school that expands access to high-quality education in one of Phoenix's highest-need communities. Horizon Fellowship - Application Deadline: May 8, 2026
The Horizon Fellowship offers current Phoenix school and school system leaders a semester-long intensive professional development journey focused on building instructional leadership skills through work with a selected teacher. By the end of the fellowship, leaders will observe measurable growth in the teacher's practice and demonstrate readiness to scale instructional leadership practices at their school through enacting Leverage Leadership's field-tested practices and actionable advice.
